Donate the Tickets.com, LLC (DTT) serves as an independent contractor providing services for ticket holders to (i) liquidate tickets and deliver net proceeds for the benefit of designated charities, and/or (ii) deliver tickets for use by and for the benefit of specified charities. DTT will make its best efforts to execute the instructions it receives from principals who determine to engage DTT for such purposes. The selection by ticket holders of DTT, the execution of instructions to DTT, the delivery of tickets to DTT and the use of this site owned by DTT, individually, partially or collectively, shall be subject to these terms of use. DTT shall retain as compensation for its services, in the liquidation of tickets and delivery of the net proceeds to designated charities, the sum of five percent (5%) of the proceeds plus five dollars U.S. ($5.00) per ticket. DTT shall charge as compensation for its services in the delivery of tickets for use by designated charities, the sum of five dollars U.S. ($5.00) per ticket. Under no circumstances shall DTT retroactively charge donors fees or percentages if liquidation fails to yield sufficient proceeds. The use of this site, the delivery of tickets to DTT or the use of any services offered through this site, shall constitute confirmation by users, of the right and authority to deliver the tickets that they hold to DTT, the right and authority to accept these terms of use, and the acceptance of these terms of use, by such users.
